Bamboo Tree rice noodles are convenient dried rice noodles suitable for many dishes such as beef pho, chicken pho, stir-fried pho, noodle soup, noodle salad, and Asian-style stir-fried noodle dishes. The product comes in different noodle sizes, making it easy to choose the right type for each dish

Cooking Instructions

Bring water to a boil

Use a large pot and add enough water so the noodles are fully covered when placed in the pot.

Add the noodles

Once the water comes to a boil, add the rice noodles. Cook for about 8 minutes if using them for soup dishes such as beef pho, chicken pho, or noodle soup. For stir-fried dishes, cook for about 5 minutes so the noodles remain slightly firm.

Stir gently while cooking

Stir gently a few times during cooking to separate the noodles and prevent them from sticking together or sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Drain and rinse with cold water

Drain the noodles in a colander, then rinse or dip them in cold water to cool them quickly and help firm up the texture. Let the noodles drain for about 1 minutes, then serve with hot broth or continue preparing them in your chosen dish.
